Dr. G. Ravi is a distinguished and versatile educationist and professional with over 35 years of extensive experience in the fields of Education, Physical Education and Sports Sciences in India and abroad. Over the course of his illustrious professional career, he has served in several academic and administrative capacities, including Physical Director, Head of the Department, Assistant Professor in schools and colleges.
With a strong commitment to academic excellence, professional ethics and holistic human development, Dr. G. Ravi has developed expertise across a wide spectrum of educational and sports-related domains, including curriculum development, academic planning, institutional administration, teaching, research, sports coaching, officiating, and the organization and management of educational and sporting activities.
His professional experience also encompasses the planning, development, administration, maintenance and effective utilization of sports infrastructure, including courts, playfields, gymnasiums and other sports facilities. His systematic and professional approach reflects a deep understanding of the academic, administrative, technical and practical dimensions of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.
As an educationist, he is particularly committed to imparting knowledge and developing the capabilities of learners from diverse backgrounds through structured, systematic, ethical and learner-centred educational practices. He believes that education should extend beyond academic achievement to foster discipline, confidence, leadership, character, professional competence and a sense of responsibility.
